Therapy? Or coaching?

Essentially, the objective of therapy
(or counseling) is to explore different aspects
of yourself and your potential, beginning with
an examination of your past. The purpose of
coaching is to help you focus on the future,
by providing tools for goal-setting, as well as
motivation and support as you set out to
achieve your goals.


The best way to decide whether you would
benefit most from therapy or coaching is for us
to discuss your unique challenges. Whichever
path we agree to take, you can be assured of
my dedicated contribution as a caring guide as
you work towards making positive changes.

My training as both a licensed psycho-therapist
and coach provide me with the ability to bring
my education and experience in both arenas to
the table as we work together.
