Individuals Therapy

Perhaps what you have done in the past is not
“clicking” for you now. Maybe you feel you are
in a place of transition, and don’t have a
passion to fuel you. Or a personal or business
relationship is causing you concern or anxiety.

Therapy can help you come to terms with your
past, then help you feel more comfortable
making new choices, which may seem difficult,
frightening, or unimaginable today.

The goal is to help you explore a future in
which you feel more authentic to your true self
and your potential.


How it works

Therapy is a process. We work together, at your
pace. As an adjunct to our sessions, I might
suggest additional reading and/or assignments
such as recording your dreams, journaling or art
projects. I believe that some challenges
originate non-verbally. Therefore, some issues
can effectively be worked through using a
creative medium such as art, ritual, writing, or
movement.
